How to order:
Your cart:
- Add products to your cart until you have everything you wish to purchase.
- Proceed to the cart page by clicking on the cart icon.
- Double check that your cart and order quantities are correct.
- Proceed to checkout but please ensure that you acknowledge our returns policy by clicking on the checkbox or you will not be able to proceed
The checkout processes
Step 1:
- Fill in your personal details and shipping address.
- Please ensure that you provide:
- The correct shipping address:
- Use the full spelling of your city or town, so that we can assign the correct shipping rate to your order.
- The correct contact number should we need to get hold of you.
- Proceed to the next page: Shipping Methods
Step 2: Shipping Methods
- Select the shipping option available to your region.
- If no shipping rate appears please check:
- That your address is a valid South African address and that you have used the full correct spelling of the city you are based in.
- If you live outside of South Africa please contact us directly to complete your order.
- Proceed to final page: Payment Method.
Step 3: Payment Method
- Double check that your order is correct.
- Select your Payment option:
- At this time, we only offer one option which is PayFast
- PayFast is a leading South African payment gateway that offers excellent security and peace of mind while paying for items online.
- You will be able to pay with either a credit or debit card using PayFast.
- This option will be selected automatically
- Change your billing address if it is different from your shipping address.
- Proceed by clicking the "Complete your order" button.
- This will redirect you to PayFast where you can follow the command prompts and pay using your credit/debit card.
- Once the payment is confirmed and verified you will be redirected back to our store and will see an order Confirmation page.
- You will also receive an email notifying you of your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing and Delivery
- Once your order and payment confirmation are received, we will begin to process your order and get it ready for shipping.
- We will notify you via email as soon as your order is with our courier Globeflight.
- We will include a tracking number in the email we send so that you can track your order via Globeflights website
- Delivery usually tacks 3-5 days excluding weekends.
- We will send one final email once we receive confirmation of delivery from our courier.
