- The average lead time is less than 5 days to process and deliver your order
- We will inform you should the order require longer to process or in the event that influences outside of our control cause delays
- All orders are processed during standard working hours as are all email enquiries as we do not offer a 24hr service.
Payment Methods accepted:
- Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards are accepted.
- All payments are processed through PayFast in order to offer a secure payment option. They control all aspects of payment and payment security.
- Subsequently we do not have access to nor do we store any of your sensitive payment information.
Shipping Rates and Service
- We use road freight shipping through Globe flight.
- The rate for shipping is calculated at checkout using your city to determine the applicable fee.
- This rate varies depending on your location and distance. Ranging between R75 and R130 for goods under 10kg
- Should your order exceed 10kgs shipping will not be included in your order. Instead we will contact you directly to arrange the best courier rate for your order. This will be payable separately.
- We are only able to ship within South Africa. International orders will need to contact us directly to process the order.
- All items are shipped without insurance and our liability is limited once the item leaves the store.
Refunds and cancellations
- Due to the nature of our products we do not offer any refunds, guarantees or exchanges.
- Should you wish to cancel your order this needs to be done immediately after placing the order and before the items are shipped.

- All refunds from cancelled orders will be processed via Pay Fast and into the account you used to place the order.
